The vlinder.ca website is on-line since March 1st, 2009. Vlinder Software has a longer history than that, however. The following is a brief hostiry of Vlinder Software. Real Life SystemsVlinder Software started, in a room in the Netherlands, as Real Life Systems, with software for some of the first 32-bit PCs running on MS-DOS and early versions of Linux and Windows. Though none of the software originally developed by Real Life Systems and published on the early websites run by Real Life Systems is still supported, some portions of the original IP survived for a very long time, as did the reason for being for Real Life systems, which is also the reason for being for Vlinder Software: Making Life Easier. The Name VlinderVlinder means "Butterfly" in dutch and cam up as a name for a new software consulting company in late 2006/early 2007. The Vlinder logo, the pale-blue butterfly, was the logo of the landheer-cieslak.com site from its inception. Vlinder Software Today and TomorrowAs of March 2009, Vlinder software and services are available for all: if you need custom software development, training, software design reviews, or even just an educated opinion on your present software, contact us for information.
